We currently accept prepaid payments through manual methods only, which means you will receive a direct payment link or bank details from our official team after placing an order via our website or social media. Please note: we do not use any third-party portals or automated links. Beware of fake or scam links claiming to be from Sinkincart. We are not responsible for any loss arising from payments made to unofficial or fraudulent sources. Always ensure the payment link or details are directly shared by us through our verified communication channels only. We offer Cash on Delivery on all products except premium bags. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are clearly communicated during checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping rates are calculated based amount of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected. Non-returnable items include premium products, digital goods, and customized products.
