We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. To begin the return process, customers must email our support team with their order details and clear photographs of the product showing its condition. This helps us verify and expedite your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the return. Please note that certain products—including perishables, customized items, premium products and digital downloads—are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
